HEALTHY FEET
Step into comfort and awareness with our 9-session “Healthy Feet” course! Each 30-minute class is designed to help you reconnect and gain a deeper understanding of your feet and legs, and discover how to use them more effectively in everyday life.
We will use simple techniques and tools, alternate between stretching and strengthening exercises, gradually moving from the feet through the lower legs to the entire lower limb.
Perfect for anyone seeking healthier, more mindful movement from the ground up!
The course is suitable for everyone who recognizes that the condition of feet affects our entire body. It can be very useful for those who are dealing with any foot problems, e.g. hallux valgus (bunions) or any stages of flat feet.
The course starts on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
It consists of 9 sessions, taking place every Wednesday.
Each session lasts 30 minutes, from 10:30 to 11:00.
